Job Description

The Business Development Representative is responsible for providing strategic marketing advice and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales and awareness of our IT products and services. This position is based in Alexandria, Virginia, and is a hybrid role, primarily remote, but may require occasional travel to the Planate office as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales of our SEAC services and products in the U.S.
  • Conduct outbound calls and cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
  • Perform market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape in the U.S.
  • Analyze data and market research to create effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to design and implement campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all marketing initiatives to ensure successful execution.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to management and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record of sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable and flexible with routinely shifting demands and responsibilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
