Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Job Description
AACI is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support administrative and training departments. This is a full time evening shift, non-exempt position working 36 hours per week.
Typical work hours: Monday and Tuesday, 12 pm – 9 pm, Wednesday & Thursday, 10 am – 7 pm, and ½ day on Fridays!
The Administrative Assistant supports program staff by executing a variety of office support, data entry & management, organization and administrative tasks which help to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of agency departments.

The ideal candidate has:
High School diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred
2 – 3 years relevant experience working in an office setting
Excellent computer skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to respond to and effectively prioritize multiple phone calls and other requests for service
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships as part of a team
