Job Description
The Total Rewards – Senior Client Manager, Major Market Team position is responsible for assisting Newfront employee benefits Mid-Market and Large Group clients on a day-to-day basis by servicing them with the optimal combination of employee benefit programs, communication, and service administration to help them achieve their business goals. Your exceptional communication and project management skills help you connect with clients by email, phone or Video conferencing – quickly establishing trust and rapport.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Build strategic relationships with Mid-Market and Large Group (over 250+ Lives) clients and carrier partners.
- Manage Mid-Market client project plans and lead client calls, serve as the primary contact for clients.
- Support Benefit Consultant and Sr. Benefit Consultant on Mid-Market client accounts and lead standard accounts with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in explaining technical analysis with regards to plan renewal, marketing, budgeting, contribution scenarios and demographic analysis.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of employee benefits experience in a brokerage setting with Mid-Market and Large Group Clients, CA Based clients a plus.
- CA Department of Insurance Life License is required.
- Exceptional communication skills: written, public speaking and presentation preparation.
- Outstanding customer service skills, diplomacy, professionalism, and tact.
- Ability to analyze data, adopt use of new technology systems and software applications.

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $99,600 and $124,500/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
