We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Gas Station Manager to join our team in Lone Butte, BC. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise and manage a small team of 3-4 employees. Assign daily tasks, ensure quality standards are met, and foster a positive work environment.
Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and evaluate daily station operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Merchandise & Services: Decide which products and services to offer based on customer needs and market trends.
Pricing & Policies: Implement pricing strategies and manage credit policies to optimize sales and profitability.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and sales.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Plan budgets, monitor expenses, and track revenues to ensure financial goals are met.
Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints, requests, and any supply shortages to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the retail or gas station industry.
Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
Location: Must be willing to work on-site in a rural area.
