Key Responsibilities
- Meet gas recovery and buyback goals
- Build and maintain client base
- Partner with the Sales and customer teams to retain and build new customers
- Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians
- Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns
- Have the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries)
- Utilize Salesforce for customer management
- Uphold Safety to Zero Harm Standards
Qualifications
- College degree. In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of relevant experience
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement
- Ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment
- Work flexible hours
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be intermediate to advanced in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook)
Why A-Gas?
Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience with a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
