Job Description
The Total Rewards – Client Manager, Major Market Team position is responsible for assisting Newfront employee benefits Mid-Market and Large Group clients on a day-to-day basis by servicing them with the optimal combination of employee benefit programs, communication, and service administration to help them achieve their business goals. Your exceptional communication and project management skills help you connect with clients by email, phone or Video conferencing – quickly establishing trust and rapport.

This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time role and will be reporting to the Manager, Client Services. Requires seasonal or intermittent traveling to visit clients and prospects. This is a US Hybrid/Remote based role (Pacific Time Zone work hours required), with the option to work from any of Newfront’s office locations. #LI-Remote
How to Apply
- Build strategic relationships with Mid-Market and Large Group (over 100+ Lives) clients and carrier partners.
- Manage Mid-Market client project plans and lead client calls, serve as the primary contact for clients.
- Support Benefit Consultant and Sr. Benefit Consultant on Mid-Market client accounts and lead standard accounts with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in explaining technical analysis with regards to plan renewal, marketing, budgeting, contribution scenarios and demographic analysis.

- Minimum of 3+ years of employee benefits experience in the Mid-Market and Large Group space.
- 3+ years of Employee Benefits experience in a brokerage setting with Mid-Market and Large Group Clients, CA Based clients a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills: written, public speaking and presentation preparation.
- Outstanding customer service skills, diplomacy, professionalism, and tact.
- CA Department of Insurance Life License is required.
