Work Location: Salem/Marion or Portland/Multnomah; hybrid position
What you will do!
The CCO Engagement Analyst serves as a key advisor of broad ranging engagement efforts with the managed care delivery system, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, and internal and external partners of the Oregon Health Plan. This position provides expert consultation and technical assistances to managed care organizations, community agencies and other involved partners for identifying innovative approaches to improve engagement efforts in accordance with federal Medicaid Managed Care regulations and the 1115 Medicaid and CHIP Demonstration. The work of the CCO Engagement Analyst will significantly impact agency operations related to engagement with federal partners and other key invested partners and members of the Oregon Health Plan.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to eight years of experience coordinating or administering a program.
NOTE:
A degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program will substitute for some required experience:
- An Associate’s Degree is equal to 18 months of experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is equal to three years of experience.
- A Master’s Degree is equal to four years of experience.
- A Doctorate Degree is equal to five years of experience.
