As a part of our Sales Team, you will embark on a journey to develop your sales skills under the guidance of a passionate, dedicated, and seasoned sales professional. This role offers hand-on experience in prospecting, client relationship building, and closing deals across diverse markets. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our growth while honing your abilities in a supportive team environment.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with producer on sales strategy, key deliverables, and overall relationship approach.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with key stakeholders. Ensure pre-meeting materials are ready and post-meeting follow-ups are managed.
- Build strong relationships with primary client contacts. Ensure day-to-day needs are met.
- Lead client presentations, understanding the various buyers and personalities in the room to lead the discussion productively, flexing as needed.
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve client success.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure successful execution of client deliverables and target Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Be a team player and contribute to a culture of growth.

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be up to $75,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, commission opportunities, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
