Full-Time Office and Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a team member who excels in enhancing office operations and supporting projects within the sub-departments of Commencement, Community Education, University Events & Meeting Services, Lifelong Learning, Badge Courses & Conference Office.
Recurring tasks needing attention:
Dept billing & purchasing, receiving of income, inventory, triage &/or address inquiries while greeting visitors regularly, and juggle scheduling of people & events for the various sub-depts. Manage the time, resources & monies of the business unit, ensuring the team is operating at the highest capacity and smoothly to truly make impacts both large and small.

Summary of Responsibilities
Coordinates and/or facilitates assigned project(s), which may include, but is not limited to, support for project timeline and deliverable tracking, team meeting and training logistics, and materials preparation. Coordinates the office activities of a department including the reception area, business operations, and facilities.
Essential Functions
- Coordinates and schedules arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Performs clerical duties such as prepares and distributes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications.
- Resolves office problems independently and facilitates solutions; confers with supervisor to resolve more complex situations.
- Coordinates, organizes and supports project promotion to targeted audience.
- Documents and tracks project progress compared to goals.
- Coordinates and/or facilitates project tasks as assigned.
- Monitors project plans, schedules and budgets.
Minimum Education
60 hours of college coursework in related field by hire date
Minimum Experience
Three (3) years of experience in general office, administrative support, project planning or related field

Pay Info
Range beginning $40,000/yr, adjusted with qualifications
