Compensation: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour
FLSA: Part-Time/Non-Exempt
Term: July 9, 2024 – December 13, 2024 (Employee Leave Coverage)
Location: Remote (Hybrid Optional)
Hours: ~20 hrs/week

About SEO Leadership Institute
SEO Leadership Institute focuses on mobilizing SEO alumni and their peers as a collective force in creating a more equitable society. The SEO Leadership Institute supports SEO alumni in advancing their professional and civic development.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a program manager of the SEO Leadership Institute who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the SEO Mentoring Program. The Program Manager is expected to partner with SEO leadership to cultivate professional mentoring relationships between senior executives and early career professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship and project management skills.
- Collaborate with SEO board members, alumni and staff to recruit mentors and mentees to participate in the SEO Mentoring
- Lead effort to make appropriate mentor-mentee matches
- Work across departments to create relationships with mentoring managers to codify mentoring best practices
- Participate in reporting on program impact measures and outcomes
- Track expenses, facilitate payment to vendors as assigned
- Manage technical and administrative aspects of the program including training platforms
- Support the development of presentations, webinars, program materials, and assist with tracking of responses to surveys and other constituent inquiries
- Assist in creating various feedback surveys, information forms, etc.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience. Deep understanding of analyst, investing and other front office roles in financial services is strongly preferred.
- General technical proficiencies within a cloud-based environment, including using MS365 products, Box, Monday.com, and Excel. Direct experience with Salesforce, or similar content management databases is desired.
- Successful track record of managing complex projects towards successful completion
- Ability to collect and analyze data to provide strategic direction;.
- Adaptable, particularly in environments with shifting priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, critical thinking, and ability to complete ad hoc projects promptly.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence key partners, and get results through collaboration. Must be able to interface with executive-level professionals, as well as early career professionals.
- Excellent communications skills. Must be proficient communicating across email, chat, and phone; a high degree of comfort with public speaking, presentation, and training is a plus.

- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build relationships, influence key partners and stakeholders from the SEO community, and produce outcomes through collaboration.

This position is benefits ineligible in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
