SALARY:
NJC Scale Points 26 – 28, starting £34,834 pa / pro rata
Plus £2 per hour enhancement for hours worked between 9pm – 2am
HOURS:
25 hours per week
This role is fixed term up to 31 March 2025.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our evening Crisis Support Service known as “Here For You” in Leeds. The service offers a non-clinical, safe space with the aim of diverting individuals aged 16+ experiencing acute distress to more appropriate forms of support, away from A&E.
The post holder will provide effective leadership and performance management of the Leeds Here For You Service team, working closely with the Strategic Crisis Service Lead, ICB, primary care, statutory services, and other third sector organisations. They will have substantial experience of supporting people and planning services for people from diverse communities, particularly BME and LGBTQ+ communities, including working with people at risk of suicide and self-harm.
