Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
Hours: Part-time, 32 hours per week
Contract: Permanent position with hybrid and flexible working
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per year (full-time equivalent) depending on experience, actual salary £25,600 to £28,000 per year

In this new role as Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving lead generation, revenue growth, and brand identity.
Your exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, will be key in building relationships and getting our messages across effectively. With an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure, you’ll make sure campaigns and projects run like clockwork.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll lead the development of a targeted marketing approach which aligns with our objectives. Using your ability to research and analyse data, you’ll pinpoint and connect with specific B2B audience segments that will drive Yorwaste forward.
As the go-to person for our digital platforms, you’ll use data to keep us ahead of the game, spotting trends and making sure we make the biggest impact possible. Your talent for creating engaging marketing materials, from catchy copy to eye-catching visuals, will appeal to and engage our customers across various platforms.
And as someone who loves to inspire others, you’ll want to foster a culture of creativity and success in the team. Essential Criteria:
- A degree-level qualification in marketing or business, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management
- Expertise in digital marketing, market analysis, and strategy development
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Successful track record in B2B and B2C marketing
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media marketing and consumer trends

With sites and offices located across picturesque North Yorkshire, you’ll desirably be based at our Northallerton office, with occasional travel to other locations and the option for some remote work.
