Job Description:
- Coordinate with the Associate Vice President for Communications and Community Engagement in the development of the College’s multimedia assets, commercials, audio/visual production, and other related needs.
- Design and develop multimedia products in accordance with NWF State College standards and policies.
- Coordinate the Northwest Florida State College’s multimedia marketing and public relations efforts as directed by the Associate Vice President for Communications and Community Engagement.
- Create engaging content including video, motion & still graphics and photos for use on Northwest Florida’s social media channels, videoboard and various websites.
- Create multimedia assets using Adobe Creative software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or other pertinent software.
- Produce interactive multimedia material for the College, including but not limited to, materials uses in marketing and recruiting as well as in presentations made at the College and in the community.
- Assist in day-to-day maintenance of the NWF State College and other official NWFSC websites, as needed.
- Provide videography and photography support at events, programs, and other campus related activities, as needed.
- Meet with various internal clients to determine multimedia needs or strategies.
- Participate in professional development activities as requested.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Complete mandatory annual compliance training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Vice President for Communications and Community Engagement or the College President.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in applicable field.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in design related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro).
- Demonstrated efficiency with WordPress.
- Demonstrated proficiency in videography and photography.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint.
- Documented expertise in multimedia production techniques.
- Creativity and proficiency in graphic design and animation.
- Proficiency with strategies and materials used in communications/marketing.
- Willingness to stay up-to-date on latest trends in the field.
