Credential applicants who wish to receive, resell, or license TransUnion products or services, and/or furnish, provide, supply, or contribute data to TransUnion for Domestic and International business units. Credential companies TransUnion engages to provide services to TransUnion to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards that regulate Personal Information, as well as TransUnion business practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years credentialing experience
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
We’d Love To See:
- Demonstrated ability to maintain extreme confidentiality in all matters relating to the position.
- Ability to lead experienced staff in daily activities in absence of department Supervisor/Manager
- Provide hands on training to entry level Associates
- Exercise independent judgment over priority setting with minimal Supervisor/Manager oversight or input
- Consistent and appropriate professional interaction with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Impact You’ll Make:
- Authentication of end users permissible purpose/authorized uses based on local government regulations and laws.
- Assessment and determination of Applicant’s business legitimacy based on local government requirements per applicable country
- Enforcement of TransUnion policies regarding credentialing and ability to make recommended amendments to the same, based on working experience
- Mentor, coach and motivate the team based on prior experience, knowledge of the process, and learned best practices.
- Act as a SME in credentialing matters related to each business unit and provide guidance, updates and direction as necessary, in the absence of manager and/or for educational/developmental purposes.
