Full-Time Financial Analyst

Job Description

The Financial Analyst will partner with internal and external clients, providing support with financial reports, accounting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who works well both independently and with others.

This position is based remotely at a home office.

About the Role:

  • Prepare allocation of script data for assigned pharmacy locations/assigned 340B entities
  • Prepare data inputs for internal software to generate monthly 340B settlement reports, monthly 340B replenishment reports, and journal entries for accounting
  • Review outputs from internal software monthly for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with pharmacy locations to schedule and place monthly 340B replenishment orders
  • Audit replenishment orders received to identify order fulfillment shortages; determine if subsequent orders need to be placed
  • Meet monthly with assigned 340B entity clients to review settlement reports and discuss each client’s program
  • Prepare monthly data and invoices for 340B entity clients
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for 340B entity clients and management as needed
  • Coordinate the setup of new 340B client wholesaler accounts for replenishment ordering
  • Support Sales and Account Management functions as it relates to 340B (i.e., New Client Onboarding Meetings, Third Party Administrator Rules Set Preparation, and Ad Hoc Analyses)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on 340B rules and regulations
  • Business travel required – approximately 5 to 10% and may occasionally be more
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, or similar field of study
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Experience in healthcare/pharmacy industry preferred
  • Internal and/or external auditing experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience using SQL a plus
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Able to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees
  • Proactive in identifying and analyzing problems and providing solutions
  • Willing and able to travel for business, approximately 5 to 10% and occasionally more
  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule as needed during busy times of the month, quarter, year-end, etc.

Pay range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, based on credentials and geographic location
