Our US Fraud Solutions group leads the development of product innovations that improve consumer conversion, fraud detection, and prevention. Our solutions are used for consumer onboarding, sign-on authentication, high-risk transactions, and other use-cases across multiple digital and non-digital channels, industries, and geographic regions.
What You’ll Bring:
We are looking for someone to research and use data driven insights to inform product prioritization and packaging in a way that effectively helps our customers fight identity fraud and establish trust with good consumers.
This role will work across all phases of the product life cycle, with a focus on inception and introduction into the marketplace, management, and retirement, collaborating closely with Customers, Product Development, Sales, Go-To-Market, Operations, Data Science, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Infosec, and Privacy teams.
6+ years of launching and commercializing product enhancements in B2C and/or B2B software or services industry
6+ years of product management experience with identity, authentication, and fraud solutions such as Device Risk and IP Intelligence, demonstrating familiarity with digital transaction fraud vectors.
Familiar with Agile software development methodology
Ability to conceptualize & refine intent, and direct the execution of product packaging and commercialization, taking into consideration product positioning, pricing, contracting, onboarding, proof of value, training, marketing, and support operations.
Ability to communicate and educate customers, cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and external market analysts on new product features, solutions, or enhancements and the value delivered, differentiators, and usage within various fraud strategies.
Ability to develop monitoring requirements, analyze and report on product adoption, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape.
Ability to provide thought leadership that influences business case, architecture alignment, and strategic product roadmaps development.
Success in working with cross-functional teams, for example, senior market, product, and technical leaders and peers and influence across a matrix organization to productively drive consensus, develop and deliver customer solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; capable of thinking outside the box and building enthusiastic support for new ideas.
Impact You’ll Make:
- Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management.
- Lead fraud solutions adoption within the US through successful go-to-market strategies.
- Influence the Fraud Solutions strategy to deliver well-managed speed-to-market innovations that minimize end-user friction and fraud.
- Define clear solution intent and commercial packaging strategy to enable success for our product development, sales, and customer success teams.
- Shepherd product customization and enhancement projects from concept initiation to operational launch engaging cross-functional teams including engineering, legal & compliance, line of businesses, product marketing, partners, sales, and operations.
- Be the internal go-to subject matter and industry expert for one or more fraud services to empower others and drive broad engagement.

Pay Scale Information :
The salary range for this position is $108,905.00 – $184,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
