Position Summary
The Department of Medicine, Division of Academic Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, has multiple vacancies for Internist non-tenure faculty positions. These positions will provide clinical and teaching in the outpatient/ambulatory and/or the inpatient/hospitalist setting. Faculty Rank determined based on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clinical Service in the outpatient/ambulatory and/or inpatient/hospitalist setting
- Teach medical students and Internal Medicine residents
- Participate in the scholarly and service missions of the department
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
MD/DO Degree
Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency Program
Eligible for a State of Illinois Medical License
Eligible for medical staff privileges at UI Health
