£21,564 – £22,489 per annum,  

37 hours per week 

 The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 

52 weeks per annum,

As part of the wider Business Development team, the Apprenticeship Recruitment team plays a key part in supporting employers find a suitable apprentice. We support a broad range of businesses across Oxfordshire, and work with the local community to help individuals step into their chosen career.

We are looking for a well organised team-player to join our Apprenticeship Recruitment team as a Business Development Administrator. Whilst working very closely with the Business Development Executives and Apprenticeship Recruitment Coordinators, you will ensure applicants are suitable for their chosen apprenticeship.

As this role involves communicating with applicants, employers, the local community and working closely with a range of diverse people at different levels, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You will be well organised, enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills and pay close attention to detail.

Additionally, a good level of IT literacy is a must, and you will need to be familiar with using Microsoft packages. Further training will be given on any other IT software used within the team.

This position would also be suitable for someone looking to gain experience and increase their skills, with the possibility to undertake an apprenticeship.
