Full-Time Sustainable Recovery Team Manager

We are looking for a special kind of person who wants to make a difference in peoples lives. Could this be you?
Your role would include the following:
- To take a leading role in the development of the Sustainable Recovery Team across the English Residentials.
- To recruit and manage a team of volunteers with lived experience.
- To ensure service users are supported for 12 months after completion of the residential programme; ensuring a continuum of care approach in order to assist in individuals sustaining recovery.
- To lead on the delivery of recovery check ups and support sessions as well as drop-in sessions (virtual and in-person); delivering responsive support on a 1-to-1 and group basis to individuals and their families.
- To work alongside the reducing harm manager and residential managers; ensuring the effective delivery of harm minimisation information across the residentials.

- Starting salary of £26,500, with opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments up to £31,250 subject to appraisal
