We have several site-based roles across the UK where you will learn to manage engineering on projects: work with high profile clients, manage the teams and ensure we deliver high-specification building projects.

We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic people to join our experienced Engineering teams in Nottingham, Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester and HPC Bridgwater.
What you MUST BE QUALIFIED AS BELOW
- Be a qualified Electrician or Heat and Vent Engineer or Plumber or just about to complete a 4-year apprenticeship in the above subjects.
What will you be doing?
- Provide engineering and management resource to direct, supervise and support all project related operations.
- Ensure that company standards for health and safety associated with all project activities are maintained as identified in the company health and safety policy.
- Initiate and monitor all site health and safety inspections either by us in-house H&S
- Plan, develop and implement all activities associated with the efficient and profitable running of the assigned Projects.
- Ensure that project operations are undertaken in compliance with all relevant standards.
- Consider the overall M&E working relationships to ensure all resources, materials and plant are shared and appreciate the requirements of both trades.

You will attend college to complete a Level 3 and 4 in Building Services and regularly attend in house training and development as part of the 4-year programme.
We are opening our recruitment now until 30th April you will then be contacted, if shortlisted, to attend a telephone interview , then attend a face to face interview with the local teams, where you will deliver a presentation on something you are passionate about, then if successful join our team in September/October where you will take part in a UK wide induction and innovative team day when you will meet the UK wide full team.
