Oxfordshire Adult Learning (OAL) are recruiting for a Faculty Administrator to support the English, maths and ESOL team.
OAL is a large, award winning faculty of Abingdon and Witney College. We offer a wide range of courses to adult learners including GCSE and Functional Skills in English and Maths, and ESOL at a variety of venues throughout Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will support teaching staff and the management team to deliver excellent customer service to our learners throughout their learning journey. You must be able to travel and provide support at various campuses and community venues. Flexibility will be essential at busy points of the year such as at the start of term and during exam periods. This will include some evening work. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, is essential to this role. You will be the first point of contact for prospective learners, therefore excellent customer service skills are required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced and varied work environment, be solution-focused and work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy to meet challenging deadlines.
