What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Information Technology or related fields.
- 7+ years experience in a similar role.
- A highly effective cross functional communicator in both written and verbal skills, able to articulate technical concepts at both high and low levels.
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to manipulate, join, and filter datasets efficiently.
- Advanced understandings of ETL best practices and familiar with several forms of ETL methodologies/technologies.
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

- Familiarity with the AdTech/MarTech landscape; the advertisers, data providers, and tracking partners.
Impact You’ll Make:
In the 1st 90 days, you will:
- Understand client requirements to implement and configure application functionality, data integrations, and data transformation rules.
- Report directly to the Senior Manager of Data & Analytics.
- Setup, validate, and diagnose ETL integrations using HQL, AWS, Excel, and other tools.
- Understand and represent TransUnion’s product suite with expertise, guiding the client throughout the implementation process.
- Operate within the full deployment cycle of a client implementation, from initial pre/post sales planning and scoping meetings, to client walk-through of model and UI delivery.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading communication directly with partners both internally and externally to help solve issues and identify potential data challenges and data validation problems
- Acting as the primary technical liaison between TransUnion and our clients.
- Being responsible for representing TransUnion’s capabilities and functions, leading our clients through the design of their deployment.
- Setup, configure, and debug the data pipe foundations between TransUnion, the client, and the client’s various data sources. The range of solutions and products that the solution engineer will cover include the breadth of TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions technologies, with an emphasis on Multi-Touch Attribution.
- Owning initiatives/projects that are critical to the product and organization.

Pay Scale Information :
The salary range for this position is $95,105.00 – $156,000.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
