The MHS Driver is the primary individual responsible for driving students to their pre-scheduled weekday appointments. The appointments include after-school activities, medical and bus & train station trips on Friday afternoons. There will be opportunities for off-hour, on-call and episodic engagements as needed, and longer route travel to airports and train stations out of state before and after School holiday break periods. The individual needs to be a skilled driver of all types of vehicles and in all weather conditions, be able to work with teenage girls and understand Miss Hall’s protocols and procedures. This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities:
- Drive students to off campus appointments; may need to wait for students during appointment times
- Coordinate with vehicle maintenance & upkeep
- Basic administrative functions

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Driving Skills
- Clean driving record
- Skilled in winter driving
- Confident in all vehicles, including minibus
- Night driver
- Understand policies and procedures about vehicles
- CPR & AED certified, or willing to get trained
- Customer service skill set
- Ability to navigate unforeseen change, flexibility
- Experience working with age range and population (helpful)
- Understand the school’s system of reporting concerns
- Ability to discern teenage conversations & reporting procedures
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion and to serving a diverse, global community
- Commitment to the Miss Hall’s School Mission and Core Values
Wage Rate: $16.50 – $18.00/ hour
