£26,000 per annum + uncapped commission | OTE around £36,000

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition Team where you will be responsible for resourcing and placing the best talent across our 20+ brands. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish and build and maintain relationships with external candidates and internal stakeholders to fill vacancies within agreed time frames.

Every day you will…
- Support candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process providing them with a first-class customer service experience throughout
- Use various methods to source new talent for the organisation, including’ advertisements, headhunting, social media, referrals, networking with the aim of promoting our diverse range of career opportunities we have across the organisation
- Build and maintain long lasting internal relationships with your hiring managers by keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process and offering support and advice where necessary whilst developing a true partnership approach

To thrive in this role, you must have…
- Previous recruitment experience
- A proven track record in achieving targets
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge and proven success of utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and CRM databases for successful hires
