Salary – £35,000 + 15% bonus

As our Business Performance Trainer, you will enhance individual capability by creating and delivering professional, high quality and ‘best practice’ division-specific training, support and learning solutions to drive and maintain exceptional levels of performance.

You will use a blend of learning approaches including face-to-face, digital, collaborative, and coaching to develop and support a learning culture across the division that drives engagement and ongoing professional development.

Every day you will…

  • Plan and deliver all division-specific training programmes and strategies
  • Produce and analyse regular and meaningful divisional-specific training data, and report to the Business Performance Director and Senior Management on a monthly & quarterly basis
  • Support managers across the division to enhance talent within their teams and support with individual brand/divisional training and succession planning activities.
  • Keep up to date with and share the latest industry-specific techniques and best practices

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualifications.
  • A minimum of one year’s Recruitment or Sales experience
  • Experience of designing and delivering, Sales / Technical Training
