Turnford, Hertfordshire
Hybrid remote with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week
Permanent, Full Time (Monday-Friday shift patterns alternating between 7am-6pm)
Opportunity to opt into a 9 day working fortnight
£23,000 per annum + monthly commission structure | OTE around £33,000-£43,000 per annum

Are you an energetic, motivated and customer-driven individual looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting new opportunity to join our exciting, fast-paced team in Turnford as a Sales Consultant!
In this role you will be responsible for delivering customer service over the phone, liaising between both customers and workers to place nurses and carers into appropriate shifts for their given skills, and ensuring staffing rotas are fully covered. This role will also see you growing relationships with existing businesses and uncovering new opportunities to support growth targets.

Everyday you will…
- Identify and place the correct workers into shifts, ensuring responses are maintained in an appropriate time period to fill bookings as quickly as possible
- Develop and maintain good communication with workers to update their availability, ensuring an accurate standby list each day
- Take full and correct details of all shifts from clients
- Develop new business via outbound sales calls, achieving and exceeding KPI targets for business development

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Have strong IT and administration skills
