About the job:

Our Impact Distribution department handles non-theatrical, community-oriented screening tours for Picture Motion clients. We are looking for a rockstar coordinator to join the team. The coordinator will be responsible for executing grassroots screening tour campaigns and ensuring their overall success, including working with the campaign lead to achieve client and campaign goals. Ideal candidates will be passionate about social change, film and media, and the social justice issues that our projects tackle.

Job duties include:

Prepare and monitor assigned components of an overall screening campaign strategy including:
Building audience outreach lists
Conducting outreach by email and phone
Tracking screening events
Fulfilling digital and disc needs for screening events
Preparing client and internal reporting
Collecting post-screening data from surveys and hosts
Oversee interns assigned to the campaign, delegate tasks to meet deadlines and ensure campaign effectiveness
Lead development of key campaign tools including screening application forms, screening toolkits and screening surveys
Maintains, updates and tracks contacts via a CRM tool (Streak)
Maintains, updates and tracks campaign tasks via a project management tool (Asana)
Basic office administration including answering phones, preparing company lunch orders, shipping/receiving packages
Represent the company at client and industry events, participate in company brainstorms and weekly meetings
Represent the company on social media as needed and participate in development of content for a newsletter and blog
Job requirements include:

Ability to execute on assigned campaign tasks, prioritize workload while working on a number of campaigns at a time, and communicate effectively with campaign lead and department management
Ability to execute aspects of the campaign process from beginning (creating campaign materials) to end (final evaluation and reporting)
Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions to basic campaign challenges
Attention to detail in the creation and presentation of client-facing work
Self motivation and a willingness to learn
