Full-Time Manager, Revenue & Enterprise Systems

Job Description

The Manager of Revenue and Enterprise Systems’ role is to supervise and appropriately staff and manage the Revenue Systems team. This role is also responsible for planning and coordinating the processes and activities related to developing, delivering, and integrating software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business’s requirements to drive an increase in sales efficiency and increased revenue. This individual will apply proven inter-personal communication and problem-solving skills to align the company’s strategic vision and processes with the data architecture of the revenue and enterprise systems.

Your Impact:

  • Ensure that applications meet business process and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve system and business process issues
  • Partner with organization leaders to develop and execute strategies that build positive relationships with our internal customers and stakeholders built on exceptional service, rapid problem solving, and proactive issue identification
  • Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing systems and software throughout the enterprise
  • Review and analyze existing applications’ effectiveness and efficiency, then develop strategies for improving and leveraging these systems with focus on the whole end to end process flow
  • Cultivate and circulate knowledge of application-usage best practices
  • Evaluate new applications, systems software, products, and enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise
  • Establish and maintain relationships and effectively communicate with peers, business unit leaders, and senior leadership to raise visibility and ensure collaboration
  • Collaborate with analysts, system architects, and system owners in testing new software programs and applications
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address issues in program logic and the interoperability of new applications with existing systems software
  • Manage and provide direction for application integration for business operations
  • Develop and communicate documentation for end users and team members
  • Manage Revenue Systems staff, including hiring, onboarding, development, coaching, evaluation, and developmental opportunities including leadership development to enhance their skills, motivation, and performance

There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:

  • Degree in finance/accounting or related field, with active CPA license preferred
  • Previous Financial or Accounting experience working directly with Revenue generating teams
  • Strong proficiency in both NetSuite and Salesforce CRM administration, including configuration and customization, experience as end user preferred
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 5+ years direct experience managing applications and systems management
  • Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping from a financial/accounting background
  • 5+ years leadership experience
