The Job
The job’s about safe driving but the people and safety aspect is just as important in this job. We take pride in how our services come across and are delivered to our service users and partners. So, you’re the face of our brand and ambassador for Tenovus Cancer Care in this role.
Our Mobile Support Units deliver cancer treatment to our service users and travel all over Wales to do that – think of a swish hospital on wheels and you get the gist! It’s a clinically clean work environment and so you’ll be responsible for your vehicle keeping it looking spick and span, on the road and looking the part driving where we need to go to deliver cancer treatments.
It means you’ll get the Mobile Support Unit driven and sited safely and be the person who greets and looks after the nursing team, volunteers and patients each day being on hand to keep the Mobile Support Unit functioning for the day. Services typically run between 8.30-3.30 and so you’ll be the person who has the Mobile Support Unit sited, opened and closed ready for operation.

When you join ‘US’ at Tenovus Cancer Care you’ll benefit from:
- A generous 35 days annual leave including public holidays that increases with length of service (pro rata’d for part time staff)
