The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day
52 weeks per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA to the Principal, working as part of the senior management team at the College.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating the Principal’s diary, and filtering mail, telephone calls and other communications, including responding to unannounced or unscheduled visitors. You will arrange, co-ordinate and minute meetings, including the College Senior Management Team meeting. Other duties include drafting correspondence and carrying out research tasks on behalf of the Principal. The post holder will also support other members of the senior management team as required and will work as part of a small PA support team.
Exceptional levels of customer service and the ability to work in a highly confidential fashion are of utmost importance. You will have first rate administrative skills, outstanding organisational skills and will have excellent literacy and communication skills. You will enjoy taking ownership of problems and delivering solutions, working independently where possible.
