This position is considered a hybrid role.
Summary of Responsibilities
Supports research conceptualization, design, implementation, documentation, and evaluation projects under the direction of senior level researcher(s). Develops and maintains funder and/or contracting relationships. Analyzes data, reports results and evaluates work performance.
Essential Functions
- Supports research projects and client evaluations under the direction of senior researchers. Designs and implements projects, proposals, reports and other materials for clients.
- Collaborates with teams to incorporate evaluation and research findings into program services.
- Builds or maintains relationships with funders, contracting organizations and/or other experts in specific area of research.
- Assists in the development of trainings, workshops, and presentations.
Minimum Education
Master’s degree in related field by hire date
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years of experience in research, program evaluation, data analysis, or related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability of conducting research and/or evaluation activities.
- Comfortable with public speaking, presenting information, and facilitation.
- Ability to document and communicate progress on projects in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in data research, analysis or compellation. Demonstrated ability to use & understand statistics and statistical packages.
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with team and community partners.
Range beginning point $47,000/yr, adjusted based on experience
