SUMMARY

Serves as the customer proxy on the Servicing Digital Agile team in Black Knight’s Servicing Technologies Product Innovation division (STPI). Articulates and prioritizes stories in the team backlog and manages dependencies in support of STPI’s strategic initiatives. Responsible for accepting the stories as part of the team Definition of Done prior to release.

LOCATION

Jacksonville, FL – hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite required. Monday and Friday work from home. Ability to provide relocation assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with Agile Teams to clearly communicate requirements outlined in User Story and Acceptance Criteria
Manage, organize and refine Team backlog; identify and manage dependencies
Gathers and analyzes information from multiple sources
Works with Agile Teams to ensure User Stories meet Definition(s) of Ready and Done and delivering expected quality and value
Lead user story mapping/refinement sessions
Decomposes Features into User Stories that clearly articulate the “why” and “what” needs to be completed
Participates in large group planning sessions and collaborates with other Product Owners
Assists in prioritization of scope of technical enabler work along with new business functionality
Support Product Manager in developing product vision, roadmaps and understanding ROI
Demonstrates servant leadership, team empowerment and self-organization by empowering teammates to solve problems on their own, and cultivate relationships across the organization
Collaboration with Stakeholders, Program Team, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Teams within the Agile Release Train (ART) to help prioritize and deliver on shared objectives
Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
Requires 5+ years of Agile product owner, business, technical analysis, or consulting experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS

Mortgage or Financial Technology industry experience
Familiarity or use of Black Knight’s Servicing Digital and/or MSP products highly preferred
Having knowledge and experience working with APIs strongly desired
Consumer facing web application experience
Strong technical aptitude and capabilities
One or more Agile certifications preferred
Understands and can demonstrate Agile and/or SAFe principles/practices
Experience working in ADO in a scaled Agile environment
Proficiency in defining User Stories and acceptance criteria using GWT format
Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and be the voice of the customer
Ability to understand, articulate and document user perspectives
Ability to understand dashboards, metrics and how data impacts metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., leadership, teams, individual contributors)
