Are you passionate about inclusive workplaces? Do you love collaboration and change management? As the Diversity & Inclusion Manager, a significant part of your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with a third-party consultant and relevant staff/departments to develop the organization’s diversity strategy and program. You will be instrumental in identifying and promoting best practices to foster inclusiveness while ensuring compliance with government regulations.

An essential aspect of your role will be collaborating with Senior Leadership and other stakeholders to create and execute various programs, products, services, event sponsorships, and marketing initiatives. Your efforts will be aimed at enhancing access to financial services in underserved local communities, showcasing Scott Credit Union’s strong commitment to diversity and inclusion for members and the broader community.

Additionally, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of diversity policies and programs through project coordination, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement. You will provide guidance to senior leadership on matters related to diversity and inclusion and will partner with the Training & Development team to develop and implement comprehensive DEI training and awareness strategies for all employees, including leaders. Your work will also involve collecting and analyzing statistical data to evaluate the company’s diversity standards and goals, addressing diversity-related disputes and grievances in collaboration with the Human Resources department, and promoting equality awareness among staff through effective communication and training interventions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for organizing diversity-oriented events, inclusion programs, and cross-cultural workshops to foster a more inclusive workplace environment.
