Job Description:

The Pendleton Cottage, a division of the Oregon Health Authority, has a fantastic opportunity for an Laborer to join an excellent team working to help people recover from their illness and return to their lives in the community. Pendleton Cottage is a residential care facility with 16 beds. With a focus on person-centered, psychiatric treatment for adults, developing wellness education, and acting as an advocate for residents and their medical needs.
What you will do!

This position provides support to skilled trades and facilities maintenance workers and grounds maintenance for grounds work as well as during renovations, remodels and routine repairs. This position also functions as an escort to contractors to gain access to secure areas, assuring safety and security to residents, staff and visitors.  This position does various duties and tasks assigned to the Facility Maintenance Specialist and Grounds Maintenance Worker under the supervision of the Program Director at Pendleton Cottage.
