Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Preferred location Boulder/Denver, Colorado; will consider Jackson, Wyoming and Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining schedule for meetings, travel, and more for multiple team members
- Oversee receipt and employee reconciliation process and liaison with accounting to ensure timely and smooth reimbursement
- Support President in organizing and gathering materials required for Board meetings
- Assist in preparation work for summits, gatherings and conferences including; attendee and topic research, schedule management, accommodation booking ect
- Support President and HR platform Tri-Net to ensure employee manuals, forms, and benefits are up to date and employees receive timely communication
- Support as an HR generalist, search for new employees and assist with new employee onboarding
- Serve as first line of contact for general inquiries
- Provide support for implementation and maintenance of CRM database
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of administrative work, or related experience in a professional environment;
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- CRM Experience (e.g., SmartSimple, Salesforce);
- Demonstrates excellent judgment and executes tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, impressive organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.

Schedule:
Part-time, flexible schedule
Hours: 20-29/per week
Compensation: 27 – 37/hour
