The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and empathetic person to work with students to track and monitor their progress on our full-time study programmes within the Public and Professional Industries Faculty that provides curriculum within Hair and Beauty, Health, Care and Early Years, Business, Sport and Public Services at our Abingdon Campus.
This role requires a dedicated individual who is keen to help young people who are studying from level 1 to Level 3, to succeed and achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with teaching staff and study programme leads to ensure that all students progress onto further courses within the college, Apprenticeships, Higher Education, or employment by achieving relevant qualifications as part of their study programme, as well as developing skills essential for life after education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. These are fantastic opportunities to pass on your skills and knowledge to the next generation of industry professionals.
You would be working within a faculty that is passionate about providing the highest quality teaching, learning and assessment and enriching our students though a wide variety of activities, industry placements and visits.
