We currently have two part time, term time only opportunities for self-motivated and driven individuals who wants to work as part of the Student Engagement team. The role is key and often the first point of contact that stakeholders have with the college.
We are currently looking for individuals to deliver the evening college reception function and to undertake administrative support for the Student Engagement Team whilst also supporting the wide range of services for students that we offer.
The Student Engagement team provide a range of services within the college including reception, careers, and pastoral support services to potential students and those enrolled to courses delivered by the college
Duties include:
- Ensure that the reception area is welcoming, attractive and comfortable for visitors at all times and that, when appropriate, arrangements are made to meet individual needs.
• Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the Student Engagement team, including administration related to student financial support.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, across the Student Engagement area, to provide all students and stakeholders with a consistent and positive impression of the college.
• Provide a welcoming, courteous, and efficient service for students, visitors, and all other stakeholders.
• Take a proactive approach to find new and innovative ways to promote the services available to students and improve communications with the wider college population.
