Job Description:
This is a grant-funded position.
The Aviation Recruitment and Community Liaison position is directly accountable to the Director of Aviation for the following duties and responsibilities:
The individual filling this position is expected to play a positive role in helping the College change as necessary to effectively carry out its mission.
- Maintain superior knowledge of all degree and certificate offerings within the aviation programs and communicate this information effectively to prospective students and/or potential faculty and staff.
- Serve as the primary representative for NWFSC ACE at various community events, college fairs, schools, and businesses, representing the college in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Build relationships with Northwest Florida businesses to advance ACE programming and support student employability within the aviation sector.
- Monitor and assist all ACE graduates with securing employment.
- Meet or exceed recruitment goals as assigned and actively seek new opportunities for growing outreach efforts to ensure a sustainable pipeline of ACE enrollments in collaboration with NWFSC Admissions Navigation and Recruitment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new student inquiries and respond to or route questions as appropriate in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the recruitment of faculty and staff for ACE operations.
- Coordinate with campus and community partners to plan and execute new student recruitment outreach, including large-scale events.
- Provide center tours to prospective students and businesses and answer their questions about ACE programs.
- Utilize the College’s student recruitment CRM and ensure all outbound communications and functions of system are up to date.
- Provide monthly reporting to college leadership on all recruitment efforts, including the number of inquiries, tours, and enrollments.
- Complete annual mandatory compliance training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree plus four (4) to six (6) years of relevant experience required.
- Ability to travel in-state, out-of-state, and occasionally overnight.
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or related function preferred.
- Proficient computer skills: experience with CRM management preferred.
- Superior written and oral communication skills with demonstrated excellence in customer service/relations.
- Goal-driven with the ability to provide reliable insight into opportunities for improvement.
