When needed, intervene and set strategies for resolving member and partner challenges
  • Serve as project manager for one-time or just-in-time initiatives, urgent/timely communications, change management initiatives, and for partner follow-through
  • Work with Executive Director to implement and participate in effective Board relations strategies, and with the Executive Assistant to plan effective Board communications, meetings, materials, reports, and dashboards
  • Research, track, and document potential partners, competitors, and opportunities for NACE to raise its profile or to have its voice exposed to new or important audiences; projects, programs, & issues that should be explored; and progress/milestones that need to occur
  • Participate in the evaluation of our programs, products, and services, determining ROI, future viability and potential alterations along with defining new high-impact approaches to our offerings
  • Lead the planning, organizing and implementation of staff retreats, leadership meetings and other assigned convenings

What you need to thrive in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior role within an association, higher education, or similar non-profit
