Full-Time Tenure-Track Faculty in Speech-Language Pathology
Job Description
Elmira College is a private liberal arts College located in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Seeking innovative professionals from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds for a tenure-track appointment in an undergraduate-only program in Speech-Language Pathology beginning August 2024.
A Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology is preferred; however, a Master’s degree will be considered. ASHA certification, eligibility for New York State licensing and NYS teaching certification are required. College teaching experience is desirable, however, not required. Regular assignments will include teaching course work in Language Development, Articulation and Phonological Disorders, Diagnosis and Appraisal, Disorders of Language and other topics in the field. In addition, the position also involves supervising undergraduate students in clinical practice in speech pathology and directing the Speech-Language Pathology clinic.
