The role
- Full time, permanent contract
- Hybrid working pattern – home-based combined with at least 4 times a month in the beautiful HQ offices in Buckinghamshire
- Salary: £30,000
The ideal candidate
Our client is looking for an HR Administrator, who is excited about working in a varied and fast paced environment, providing high quality administrative support related to the employee lifecycle. The post holder will be the first point of contact for employees dealing with various HR administration queries that arise throughout the business, and will be involved in all areas of the HR function, such as: recruitment & induction, L&D, H&S, compliance, record keeping, etc.
This HR Administration role will suit you perfectly if you:
- Have experience working with an HR team and delivering HR initiatives.
- Had exposure to different elements of the HR activities, such as payroll, recruitment, contracts and offer letters, induction, creating reports, etc.
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Have good knowledge of HR legislation and best practices in HR management.
- Have an excellent level of computer knowledge, keyboard skills, and software (HR database and spreadsheet) expertise.
