Full-Time MIS Lead Administrator

Job Description

£23,697 – £24,268 per annum 

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 

52 weeks per annum 

Abingdon Campus 

Permanent 

Start date TBC  

 

We are looking for an experienced administrator with great communication skills to take on a lead role within our MIS Team. 

Working with the Data & Compliance Manager, you will be using Power Bi to monitor several key processes throughout the year including curriculum planning, application, enrolment, and timetabling. You will collaborate with staff at all levels to ensure the accuracy of data and minimise errors. 

As a team we want to provide a high quality of service to both students and colleagues, so we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about this. This is a varied role and would be ideally suited to someone analytical and solution focussed, with a keen eye for detail. 

A significant amount of the work will be on a computer, so you will need to have a good level of IT literacy and familiarity with using Microsoft Office and Excel. Further training will be given on any other software.
