The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day
52 weeks per annum

This is a maternity cover and is fixed term until approximately 30th August 2024
We are seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic person to work with students in Landbased Industries (LBI) at the Common Leys Farm Campus to track and monitor their progress on our full time Futures programme. This is a varied role and requires a dedicated individual, keen to help young people studying at Levels 1 to 3 to succeed and achieve their full potential. Some experience of supporting learners with high and complex needs would be beneficial.
The subject areas students’ study are Animal, Equine and Agriculture. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with teaching staff to ensure that all students progress into relevant employment, further or Higher Education as well as developing skills essential to life after education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
