Job title:     People Partner Lead

Salary range:    £46,185 – £50,680

Type of contract: Permanent

Location:   London, Hybrid

Working hours:   35 hours per week/ open to part-time and flexible working

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Partner Lead to join our friendly and valued people team. This role leads our partnering offer to our RCOG teams to deliver collaborative, high quality support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our partnering offer to deliver collaborative, high quality support to managers and senior leaders
  • Role model effective business partnering
  • Subject matter expert on employee relations
  • Drive successful delivery of our ambitious Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy
  • Lead projects such as wellbeing and employee engagement
  • Use data, insights and external benchmarks to measure our effectiveness, develop policy and shape our future plans

 

This is a great next step for an effective people partner and experienced generalist looking to step into leadership and help shape our people agenda. Authentic and empathetic, you will make an impact and deliver innovative, effective outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive HR generalist experience
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and managing complex employee relations
  • Experience of managing change, developing policy and leading projects
