The PC Team Assistant Opportunity
If you have a passion for science, conservation, and outdoor adventure, we’d love to talk with you. This position reports to the Project Creation Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and management in Salesforce
- Light research
- Conference logistics support
- Meetings/calendar/email management
- General PC team support
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience with data entry and management; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Independent worker who knows when to ask questions
- Interest in advancing science-based conservation solutions
- Excellent writing skills with ability to craft thoughtful, inclusive communications (external and internal) a plus
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus

How to Apply
Location and Compensation
This is a part-time contract position and remote. Compensation for this role is $20/hr with an average of 10 hrs/week. Some weeks will require more or less hours.
