Verdad Commercial Real Estate Services (“VerdadCRES™”), a full-service real estate company is seeking candidates to join our Tampa office. This position is currently available to both experienced and novice individuals who possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven by a desire for success in this lucrative but competitive field as commercial real estate agent.
Job Summary:
Through business development endeavors will cultivate relationships with property owners and investors for the trade negotiations of buying and selling commercial real estate.

Requirements:
- Currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Sales Associate, Broker or Broker Associate; or able to obtain licensing inside 60 days of employment
- Bachelor’s Degree in business (Preferred), or experience within a related field
- Ability to research, analyze and evaluate property information, with relation to market comps, broker opinion of value (BOV) and offering memorandums
- Display the ability and competency to grasp financial aspects of analysis and underwriting property
- Strong communication skills while consulting clients on executing and developing real estate investment strategies
