Full-Time Production Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to maintain the accuracy of vendor data into GSK’s systems? If so, this is the role for you.
As Production Engineering Staff you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the vendor cleanse data review for the M-ERP implementation. This includes contract register reviews and an understanding of contract companies aligned to GSK.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Proactively support best practice in the contract register review process.
Positively engage with customers and stakeholders, ensuring relevant contract details are accurate.
Deliver data cleansing activities to ensure optimum data maintenance.
Maintain compliance in the role, department and site procedures, processes and systems.
Manage the data creations and changes to SAP vendor data.
Review contract company details for accuracy.
Work with procurement managers, supplier quality and Environment Health and Safety to align the contract company with any contracts already in place.
Ensure the accuracy of the data in the contract register is always up to date.
