Horsham Y Centre is a 50 bed Young Person’s Supported Accommodation. We provide round the clock responsive and planned interventions to help young people develop the skills they need to succeed in their future lives. We offer life skills and maintenance support to help promote independence, contributing to their lives and our wider community.
Our Night Support Workers are a key part of our team, overseeing young people’s support and the building’s safety. Key responsibilities for this role include safeguarding residents with Curfew support and guiding young people with impromptu support around concerns or achievements they may have. You will also promote healthy sleep and hygiene by maintaining a peaceful atmosphere overnight and will support the day team with administration tasks.
This role is based on site – the expected working pattern will be four days on and four days off across weekends and bank holidays

We are looking for a Night Support Worker who has experience in Safeguarding and in holding good boundaries. You will be a great communicator who is attentive to detail and good at making decisions. You will also have a calm and supportive demeanour.
