About the Position

Job Location: Remote eligible, based in Bothell, WA; Redmond, WA; or Watertown, SD
Department: Information Technology – GIOS
Reports to: Manager, Global Network Infrastructure
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 10-25% of the time depending on assigned business initiatives.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate IoT network engineer to be a team member on a geographically distributed team that manages a global corporate-wide network infrastructure. The role will offer exposure to all areas of network technologies incl. Cloud platforms. You will be trained as part of this role and access to certification paths will be given, especially for CISCO and AWS. This role will incl. travel to project locations in and outside off US. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for somebody with an interest in upskilling in various network technologies.
The primary roles include:
- Help to configure, install, manage, and monitor network infrastructure for IoT systems
- Collaborate with a global team to implement network and IoT solutions in various locations and regions
- Implement and maintain network monitoring tools to ensure system uptime and performance
Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and monitor network devices incl. WIFI, Firewalls and SD-WAN devices
- Maintain networks on Cloud Platforms, incl. AWS and Azure
- Assist local Business IT team with deployment and troubleshooting of production related IT devices
- Troubleshoot network issues and identify root causes
- Perform updates on installed systems
- Create and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
- Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems technology, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience required.
- Fluent English is mandatory, a second language desirable
- Interest and willingness to learn enterprise Network Technology
- Willingness to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution.
- A self-starter, someone who is going to harness their natural curiosity to contribute to the process and grow with the company
- Ability to work well with people from many different cultures and disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience over geographically dispersed locations.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cisco experience (CCNA preferred)
- AWS and Microsoft Azure experience desirable
The salary range for this position is $80,800 – 121,200.
