We are seeking to appoint energetic and enthusiastic people to work with students to track and monitor their progress on our full-time study programmes within various faculties at our Abingdon and Witney Campuses.
These are varied roles and require dedicated individuals who are keen to help young people who are studying at from level 1 to Level 3, to succeed and achieve their full potential.
The successful candidates will be responsible for working closely with teaching staff in order to ensure that all students progress onto further courses within the college, Apprenticeships, Higher Education or employment by achieving relevant qualifications as part of their study programme, as well as developing skills essential to life after education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. These are fantastic opportunities to pass on your skills and knowledge to the next generation of industry professionals.
You would be working within innovative faculties which are home to hundreds of creative and enthusiastic students, and many talented and experienced staff. We are passionate about providing the highest quality teaching, learning and assessment and enriching our students though a wide variety of activities, industry placements and visits.

Construction:
37 hours per week
The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day
Split between Abingdon and Witney Campuses
This will be roughly a 50/50 split between our brand-new facilities at both our Abingdon and Witney Campuses, where you will be supporting our full-time study programmes within construction trade courses.
Technology:
29.5 hours per week
The working pattern is 7.5 hours per week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and 7 hours on Fridays.
Split between Abingdon and Witney Campuses
The role is a 0.8 full time equivalent (FTE), looking after both Abingdon and Witney computing students. The role can be shared with a 0.4FTE on each site with both responsible for their sites Computing and Motor Vehicle students.
Public & Professional Industries Faculty
37 hours per week
The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day
Based in Witney, although Abingdon sessions maybe required for the new academic year
As an SPM in this faculty, you will be working with learners across a wide range of areas including, Business, Sport, Hair and Beauty and Health and Social Care.
